Hotel Riu Plaza España – Madrid 4+5 Rooms
Description
Join us for a discussion about the profound impact of global issues on our lives and across our lifespan. We will delve into significant topics such as birth, healthcare accessibility, and euthanasia within the context of todays interconnected world.
Let us take you on a journey through life, health and death. We’ll begin by examining assisted reproduction, adoption, and pregnancy choices. We move on to exploring worldwide healthcare access, including the availability of medical professionals, medications, and treatments. Also, we’ll address end-of-life considerations, when people may choose to end their lives with assistance.
As lawyers, we play a crucial role in facing these global and very personal challenges. We will explore collaborative solutions, such as ensuring global equitable healthcare access. We’ll also introduce an exciting concept – ‘the international legal clinic’, where lawyers from across the world may team up to aid those in need and overcome national boundaries.
So, let us talk about these important legal questions, and explore how we, as lawyers, can make a positive contribution to healthcare laws and solve problems worldwide.
