Workshop – Lawyer’s Personal Brand The “Lawyer’s Personal Brand” training is a focused 90-minute workshop designed to help lawyers build and enhance their personal brand. Participants will learn effective strategies to manage their professional reputation, stand out in the market, and build trust with clients and business partners. Training Outline:
  1. Mission, Vision, and Values:
    • Defining your professional mission, vision, and core values.
    • Aligning your personal brand with your long-term career goals.
  2. SWOT Analysis:
    • Conducting a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) for your personal brand.
    • Identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  3. Target Audience:
    • Identifying and understanding your target audience.
    • Tailoring your brand message to meet the needs and expectations of your audience.
  4. Communication Channels:
    • Selecting the right channels for effective communication.
    • Strategies for consistent and impactful messaging across different platforms.
  5. Social Media:
    • Best practices for using social media (mainly LinkedIn) to build your brand.
    • Creating engaging content and building a professional online presence.

Workshop – LinkedIn for Lawyers

The “LinkedIn for Lawyers” training is a focused 90-minute workshop designed to help lawyers leverage LinkedIn to build a robust professional network, establish a strong personal brand, and attract new clients. Participants will learn effective strategies for maximizing their LinkedIn presence and engagement.

Training Outline:

  1. Optimising Your LinkedIn Profile:
    • Crafting a compelling headline and summary.
    • Highlighting your professional experience and skills effectively.
  2. Building Your Network:
    • Strategies for connecting with relevant professionals and potential clients.
    • Best practices for growing and nurturing your LinkedIn network.
  3. Personal Branding:
    • Creating and sharing content that reflects your expertise and values.
    • Engaging with your audience to build a credible and trustworthy personal brand.
  4. Client Acquisition:
    • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn.
    • Utilizing LinkedIn’s advanced search and sales tools to generate leads.
  5. Content and Engagement:
    • Posting regular updates, articles, and insights to stay visible.
    • Participating in groups and discussions to enhance your professional presence.

Coaching session with AGATA

Group sessions – “Creating thriving and resilient teams” During this 90 minutes session, we will explore the principles of thriving, resilient and high performing teams. We will explore the challenges but also opportunities within the legal industry. This can be a start (or continuation) of creating workplaces where teams are resilient, high performing and  healthy. Duration: 90 minutes People: max 10

1-1 Coaching sessions

During the individual session you will get a chance to explore any work related challenges(an/or opportunities). 

Agata will take you on a coaching journey, where you will be able to explore a range of answers to your work related questions. Agata will be able to support you, potentially shed some psychological insights into the root causes of your challenges (opportunities) , explore what is in your control and influence and will support you with deciding on the best approach and way forward for you. 

Typically clients would seek coaching with Agata when: they feel stressed, have an important decision to make and can not decide on the next step, have a difficult relationship within the team, want to progress in their career, want to get the most out of their team or when they need space and time to brainstorm or evaluate their ideas. This time is for you and you can decide what you would like to get out of it. Some clients use this time as their time to reflect and get a diverse perspective on their current situation. A place where they can truly be themselves and have an honest and transparent conversation with a professional trained and dedicated to the support of others.

She has many years of experience gained at Deloitte, Harvard Business Review and RSM Poland. Founder and partner in two startups Legaltech. Ambassador for Poland of the European Legal Tech Association (2020-22), nominated for the European Women in Legal Tech award, mentor and judge at the Global Legal Hackathon 2020 – 2024 and Hack4Law.

Agata Perepeczko

Agata Perepeczko

Resilient Workforce, United Arab Emirates

Agata Perepeczko is a business psychologist with a clinical psychology background as well as a coach. Her approach to client work incorporates knowledge and experience from both, which allows her to explore clients’ challenges from many different perspectives.

She started her career as a psychologist in the UK in 2010 – supporting international clients with their psychological well-being. Her passion has always been around resilience and stress management.

Working with individuals who were deployed to war zones and emergency states sparked Agata’s interest in resilience, leadership, and crisis management. She has been working with clients on assessing, creating, implementing, and maintaining resilience-building factors. Her experience comes from being exposed to a variety of industries (including but not limited to: BIG 4, financial sector, healthcare, media, UK Government, and Humanitarian agencies).

During COVID 19 crisis, Agata has been focused on supporting clients with building a resilient workforce. Her offering is based on the Resilient Workforce Framework, a framework she has created based on her experience and academic research. In addition, she offers individual and group coaching, organizational interventions as well as bespoke learning initiatives.

Agata is currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck University in London, UK.
